Return Policy
We understand that sometimes purchases do not work out. We do have some simple guidelines to determine if your purchase is in fact returnable. We will accept returns of non-electrical parts for 30 days after the purchase date if all the following criteria are met. There will be a 10% restocking fee applied for special order or non-stock items at our discretion on returned items.
Please contact us before returning any item. The best way to reach us is to contact us Here . Please include the order# and any relevant information. Below are the guidelines for returns.
- The part must be new and never installed in any way
- The original package must be complete and undamaged with all of the original labels.
- Finally, you need to provide a copy of your receipt.
- Shipping costs will not be credited.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer returning the part.
We will not accept returns of the following:
- Installed, Damaged, or Altered Parts
- Opened Electrical Parts
- Parts that are not in saleable or useable condition
- Parts that are more than 30 days old
- Parts that are missing pieces. This includes hardware bags and paperwork.
- Parts that do not have the original part number tag or original container
- If the original Toyota labels are covered or altered, the parts can not be returned to Toyota or sold as a new part.
- Examples of labels that can NOT be covered or altered:
- These criteria apply to all returns, even if you were sold the wrong part. We kindly ask that you confirm you have the correct part before you destroy the packaging or attempt to install the part.
